PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE

Welcome Letter from Chair and CAD President

WORDS OF WELCOME

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE 14th WORLD CONGRESS OF THE WORLD FEDERATION OF THE DEAF

Dear friends,

The time for the World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf is fast approaching! The committed volunteers that make up the Board and Committees of the World Congress have been working hard to ensure that you enjoy yourself when you come to Montreal this July.

The PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME has been published to show you all that will be taking place at the Congress. As you will see there is going to be a lot of fun involved that no one should dare to miss!

The Congress is a time for the International Deaf Community to get together and give each other a spiritual boost for all the work that has been done to improve the lives of Deaf people and break down barriers of discrimination. We can reflect on our Cultures and Languages and take pride in the fact that Deaf people originating from the 124 countries affiliated with the World Federation of the Deaf can come together as one BIG Family.

We look forward to seeing you in Montréal, Canada! Do register now to avoid disappointment. We guarantee you a great time.

Chris Kenopic
