We thank you for your interest in attending the XIV World Congress of the World Federation of Deaf which will be held in Montreal from July 18 to 26, 2003.

The updated program of the events can be viewed on our website,  a paper version is also available upon request. We, of course, are eager to welcome the media to this important event and wish to inform you that Press Passes will be available to all registered media organizations.

 In order for the Secretariat to issue these passes, we ask that you :

• Fill in the enclosed registration form and return by fax or email.
• Enclose a copy of your press card or a letter confirming that you are employed by a media company.
• Forward a letter of intend to include your proposed schedule and what you hope to accomplish at the Congress.

We will confirm your accreditation upon receipt of your documents and your Press Pass will be given to you upon your arrival at the Congress. You will then have access to all Congress events, with the exception of the closing Gala, as well as the use of the Press Facilities such as the media room with telephone, fax and internet access.
