The registration fees for the 14th World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf are shown in Canadian dollars.

Included in full registration:
Access to Scientific Programme (Keynote Presentations, Commissions and Commission Plenaries, Special Interest Groups, Forums), Congress material, access to the cultural, educational and commercial Exhibition, a Farewell Lunch (July 26), coffee breaks, admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Welcome Reception, one Theatre Performance.

Included in daily registration:

1 Applicable to 2 delegates from each WFD Ordinary Member, one from Associate and International Members, and to all WFD individual members.

2 Applicable to delegates from countries as defined by the WFD list of developing countries.

3 Official country interpreters (as nominated by the WFD Ordinary Members (OM) country), Deafblind interpreters, and other accompanying persons (Deafblind intervenors, attendants, etc.) will not be charged a registration fee. However, these persons must be named on the delegate’s registration form (Ordinary Members have been sent a separate form to nominate their official country interpreters), must be with the delegate(s) when registering at the Congress and when entering any event, and will not receive full Congress benefits. Copies of presentations will be made available for those who need it, obtainable from the interpreter coordinator. OMs and delegates are responsible for all costs for these people, such as travel and transport, accommodation, meals, etc.; and for any events which these people attend as individuals, for their own enjoyment, such as the gala evening, they must pay the requisite cost.

4 One Theatre Performance is included with both full and daily registration.

5 One Welcome Reception ticket and one Farewell Lunch ticket are included with Full Registration.

Payment Method
By check, bank or money order in Canadian dollars from a Canadian bank, payable to "CMS2003WCD".

By credit card: MASTERCARD/EUROCARD or VISA. Please note that your payment will be processed under the name of "JPdL Conventions" and converted to Canadian dollars.

Note: Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and be received at the Secretariat before the mentioned dates.

Before January 31, 2003: Full refund less administrative costs of CDN $25

Between February 1, 2003 and April 30, 2003: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed

NO REFUND will apply for cancellations received after April 30, 2003.

All refunds will be provided after the Congress.

Substitutions of participants from the same organization will be accepted up to the time of the Congress as long as written notice is sent to the Secretariat.
